Meditation purchase terms

What you are buying

Access to listen online, at origenreset.com, to guided meditations recorded with Ana Ruiz's voice, in Spanish. Each one is described on the meditations page with its title and length, and you can listen to its beginning before buying. No file is delivered: they are listened to on the website, with a personal link.

Price and payment

The price of each chapter (meditation), of each book and of the complete collection appears next to its button and on the payment screen. They are final prices, VAT included. Payment is made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, which meets payment security standards (PCI DSS). Stripe emails you a payment receipt. If you need a full invoice, write to ana@origenreset.com.

When and how you receive it

Straight away. As soon as you pay, your listening page opens with the meditation ready to play, and the same link arrives in your email. If you buy more, do it from the same phone or computer, or open your link first, and everything stays together under that link. If you buy from another device without opening it, you will get a new link with that purchase only: both keep working and, if you lose one, you can have them all sent again from the listening page with your email. It works in any current browser, on your phone and on your computer, on up to three of your own devices. If you change devices, you can free them yourself from the listening page with a link sent to your email. If the link is opened from many different connections in a short time, it is paused automatically to protect it and you receive an email to reactivate it.

Right of withdrawal

The meditations are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, which you receive as soon as you pay. So, when you buy, you give your express consent for access to start immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). I confirm this in writing in the email with your link.

If something doesn't work (it doesn't play, the link doesn't open or you paid twice by mistake), write to me and I'll fix it or refund you.

Personal use

The purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to the meditation. You may not download, copy, share your link, publish it or use it in classes or third-party activities without written authorisation. If you'd like to give a meditation as a gift, write to me and I'll prepare it with the person's name.

How long you have access

For as long as the website is active. If the shop were ever going to close, I would let you know by email at least three months in advance.

Wellbeing, not treatment

The meditations are a wellbeing practice. They do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a medical or psychological professional. Do not listen to them while driving or doing anything that requires your attention.

Questions and complaints

Write to ana@origenreset.com and I'll answer you personally within 24/48 hours. Official complaint forms of the Junta de Andalucía are available to you: ask me for them by email. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
